Educational Qualification:

Chief Manager – Business Development: A graduate with MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or Institution.

Chief Manager (Finance & Accounts) – A graduate in commerce with CA / ICWA / MBA / PGDBM with specialization in Finance/Banking from a recognized University or Institution

Deputy Manager – A graduate with MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or Institution.

Deputy Manager  (Finance & Accounts) – A graduate in commerce with CA / ICWA or MBA / PGDBM with specialization in Finance / Banking from a recognized University or Institution

Age:

• Chief Manager –  Candidate age should not exceed 42 years
• Chief Manager (Finance & Accounts) –  Candidate age should not exceed 42  years
• Deputy Manager –  Candidate age should not exceed 35 years
• Deputy Manager  (Finance & Accounts) – Candidate age should not exceed 35 years

Pay or Salary:

• Chief Manager –  The pay scale of Rs.24900-50500/- Per month
• Chief Manager (Finance & Accounts) –  The pay scale of Rs.24900-50500/- Per month
• Deputy Manager –  The pay scale of Rs.16400-40500/- Per month
• Deputy Manager  (Finance & Accounts) – The pay scale of Rs.16400-40500/- Per month
