Educational Qualification:

1.    Assistant (G) Gr.III –

The candidate should be passed 10 + 2/XII or equivalent  and typing speed of  30 w.p.m. in English or  25 w.p.m. in Hindi  Typing

2.    Assistant (S&P)  Gr.III –

The candidate should be passed 10 + 2/XII or equivalent  and typing speed of  30 w.p.m. in English or  25 w.p.m. in Hindi  Typing

3.    Jr. Stenographer  (English/Hindi) – 

The candidate should be passed 10 + 2/XII or equivalent and speed of  80 w.p.m.  in Shorthand (English/ Hindi) and 40/35 wpm  in typing in English/  Hindi respectively.
4.    Sr. Stenographer (English/Hindi) –

The candidate should be passed Graduate with minimum speed of  100 w.p.m. in Shorthand (English/ Hindi) and 40/35 w.p.m. in English/Hindi typing respectively.

Age: the candidate age not exceeding 28 years as on 09-03-2015

Pay or Salary:

1.    Assistant (G) Gr.III – The pay scale of Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade pay of Rs.1900/- per month
2.    Assistant (S&P)  Gr.III – The pay scale of Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade pay of Rs.1900/- per month
3.    Jr. Stenographer  (English/Hindi) – The pay scale of Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade pay of Rs.2400/- per month
4.    Sr. Stenographer (English/Hindi) – The pay scale of Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade pay of Rs.4200/- per month

Fee:

Candidates are required to arrange for a crossed Demand Draft for Rs. 100/- drawn on any nationalized bank and     valid for at least 3 months in favour of “Director, CIMAP” payable at Lucknow.

Selection Procedure:

Selection for  all the above posts will be made on the basis of result of the competitive examination in General Hindi/ General English and General Knowledge  alongwith  proficiency test in Typing at the speed of  30/25 w.p.m. in English/Hindi for Post Code 1&2  and  speed test of 80/100 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40/35 w.p.m. in Typing  in English/Hindi for the post code-3/4.  The candidates who qualify in the competitive examination & Shorthand/Typing  test (as applicable) will be interviewed by a selection Committee but the weightage of interview would not exceed 25% of the total prescribed marks. The candidates will have the option to answer in Hindi or English language during the competitive examination/interview
