Educational Qualification:

•    Accountant – The candidate should be passed Graduate with Commerce or equivalent

•    Program Executive- Admin & Logistics – The candidate should be passed Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Business Management/ Rural Management or equivalent

•    District Manager- Skills & Job (District Level) – The candidate should be passed Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Development studies or equivalent

•    District Manager- Livelihoods (District Level) – The candidate should be passed Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Rural Development/ Management/ Business Administration/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Development studies/ Social Work or equivalent

•    MIS Officer (District Level) - The candidate should be passed MCA/ B. Tech/ B.E/ M.Sc. (IT) in Computer Science or equivalent

•    District Finance Manager (District Level) – The candidate should be passed MBA (Finance)/ Post Graduate Degree in Commerce/ CA (Inter)/ ICWA (Inter) or equivalent

•    Accounts Officer (District Level) – The candidate should be passed MBA (Finance)/ Post Graduate Degree in Commerce/ CA (Inter)/ ICWA (Inter) or equivalent

•    Accountant (District Level) – The candidate should be passed Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in Commerce with 60% marks or equivalent

•    Block Program Manager – The candidate should be passed Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management/ Social Work/ Rural Development/ Agriculture & allied/ Development or equivalent

Pay or Salary:

•    Accountant - The Pay Scale of  Rs. 20000- 22500/- per month
•    Program Executive- Admin & Logistics – The Pay Scale of  Rs. 25000- 35000/- per month
•    District Manager- Skills & Job (District Level) – The Pay Scale of  Rs. 25000- 35000/- per month
•    District Manager- Livelihoods (District Level) - The Pay Scale of  Rs. 25000- 35000/- per month
•    MIS Officer (District Level) - The Pay Scale of  Rs. 20000- 25000/- per month
•    District Finance Manager (District Level) – The Pay Scale of  Rs. 25000- 40000/- per month
•    Accounts Officer (District Level) – The Pay Scale of  Rs. 20000- 30000/- per month
•    Accountant (District Level) – The Pay Scale of  Rs. 10000- 20000/- per month
